Man becomes great exactly in the degree in which he works for the welfare of his fellow-men

A man’s work is best described in the exact quantity of how he does the welfare of his fellow-men. Well here I’m not talking about men as a gender based but as a human being. Whether a man or a woman, he or she has equal responsibility in every field. You cannot divide work according to their gender.

Similarly, when a work is done by a man or a woman, his or her work is measured in the quantity of how it is beneficial to his or her other fellow-men or women. Because when we choose a great man or woman, we choose them on the basis of his or her work, that is how much work he or she has done which is also beneficial for the society as a whole.

We cannot assume someone to be great because not everyone has the quality to be great. To be a great person, it comes with a lot of work, lots of sacrifices, lots of accomplishments and many more things. So to be great your work should be of the highest degree to be in the position which others can call you great.
