When you do something you should do it with effort and love, if you do it with effort your work will surely please God. Our work is judged by its quality and not by quantity. When a person dies, his/her is measured by quality of work.

We often say that your work will count after your death, because when you are alive no one will notice your work but after you die your work will count for the reward you are getting after your death. So if you now work well with effort and love yours, it will be definitely measured as a quality of work. A person might have done several work for himself but if a person has done one great work for the society then it will be counted as a quality of work.

In your lifespan, it is not possible to do much work for the society because many of us are not completely surrendered to society, some have families to look after but after all that you can still work for the people and your work will be counted as your good work or your quality work. So when you do something, do it with effort and love so that the quality of work is measured.
