I will not let anyone walk through my mind with their dirty feet

It is also important to practice self-care and engage in activities that nourish and uplift our minds, such as spending time in nature, engaging in hobbies and activities that bring us joy, and surrounding ourselves with positive and supportive people.

Ultimately, we have the power to choose what we allow into our minds. By being mindful and intentional about what we allow in, we can protect ourselves from negative influences and cultivate a healthy and positive mindset.
