I suppose leadership at one time meant muscles, but today it means getting along with people

In the earlier times it was like leadership always meant those who are strong not only mentally but also physically. But today when we see any leader we only want that he/she should go along with the people. Because a state is created by its people lesser or higher it does not have anything to do but your leader should always be with you. In India our leader is Narendra Modi since last almost 10 years and he is getting along with the people quite well. Even a child values his presence, his aura is so good with the people.

There were many people who fought against him, some may be physically fit, others may be mentally more sharp. But Narendra Modi is a mixture of everything that’s why people are choosing him again and again without any doubt. In earlier times the leaders had to fight, that's why it was more important a state always needed a physically strong leader. But today there is no fight within the state or within the country, we always need a leader who gets along with us, who understands us more than being just a leader.
