Before going to sleep, man should forget his anger

Anger is the only thing which leads humans to innumerable problems and stress. Anger can make the most unhappy person in the world and at the same time it can make you depressed. That’s why people say that you should never keep your anger going for long because it is not healthy for both your mental and emotional health.


Well people don’t believe in these things and keep going on with their anger forgetting about their own mental health. Whenever we have a fight even with our loved ones we stay angry for quite a long time expecting them to come and apologize first. But in the meantime we forget that maybe we are wrong, we have done something wrong.

Our anger does this on behalf of us because happiness might stay shortly but your anger will keep going until and unless you decide to end it. So whenever you are angry with someone try to fix it before it turns into a negative energy because anger brings negativity in your life and which is harmful for your mental health.


We all are human and we all have emotions and among them anger is also one of them but keeping your anger longer is not good because your happiness is the only thing that is needed in your life. So instead of being angry with someone for long try to be happy with them and enjoy your life to the fullest.
